Means first the particle size distribution of →coffee beans after grinding. Although we set the particle size on our grinder as our grind-setting, there are always smaller and bigger particles. The more evenly they are distributed, the less difference in particle size after grinding, the better the grinder. (common belief, ask us)
Secondly, distribution means the distribution of grounded coffee in a →basket. According to the high pressure and speed of →water passing through the coffee during →espresso extraction, the distribution has a high priority. In this case we try to achieve a nice and even distribution to provide an even →flowrate in every part of the basket.
