What does the farmer actually get?

In a new YouTube series "Paul asks..." the first episode deals with a simple yet fundamental question: What actually remains for the farmer? Philip, a regular guest in our café, asked me this question on Instagram.

I asked Benjamin Hohlmann from Kaffeemacher:innen about it. A pioneer and absolute expert in specialty coffee in Switzerland and the entire German-speaking world.
