The tall, oval shape of the pitcher supports milk flow by reducing the distance to the coffee surface. The longer groove and V-shaped design of the spout provide better control of milk flow. The short handle with 2 grip points at the top allows you to bring your hand closer to the pitcher for better pouring control.
