Exceptional coffees in an exceptional location.

Our new coffee roastery in Mainz Gosenheim has been in operation since May 2021. We roast on a modern Probat P III in combination with an exhaust gas catalytic converter from Reicat. This allows us to precisely control the roasting process while reducing exhaust emissions by 96%. It's also good for the environment that our entire production, as well as the café, is powered by green electricity. All our coffee packaging is fully recyclable. Our shipping boxes are made of grass paper, for which no trees had to be felled, and of course we ship carbon neutral.

All our coffees meet the Specialty Coffee Standard and are roasted to emphasize their natural aroma. Through our roasting approach, we try to highlight the work of the coffee farmers and take a back seat ourselves. Thus, our coffees are naturally not bitter and roasty but mild, naturally sweet and diverse.
