The course includes:\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e1) Coffee Theory: This section focuses on the sensory aspects of the coffee plant, related to cultivation, origin, and processing.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e2) Machine Technology: To prepare a good espresso, one must have precise knowledge of the equipment used. Understanding the variables allows for proper adjustments.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e3) Espresso Preparation: Just like baking, there are recipes for making coffee. We will develop and apply these together. This, along with clean work practices, is the key to delicious espresso.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e4) Milk Frothing: Of course, cappuccino is part of espresso :) This section teaches how to get the milk into the right consistency and the basics of \"Latte Art.\"\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn a small group, intensive work is done on each individual's techniques.
