Unlike conventional V60 filters, where coffee is extracted by continuously pouring hot water, this filter is specifically designed for immersion extraction. The metal ball at the bottom of the filter prevents water flow, ensuring that the poured water remains in the filter. At the touch of a button, the coffee then flows into the cup, allowing for easy, consistent coffee extraction.
