It's important for us to be transparent. Our goal is for you to be well-informed about your coffee. You always know what's in our blends. Because we don't believe in secrecy. The components of the blend naturally vary depending on the harvest season. This current version consists of only one coffee. So, technically, it's not a blend at all. The coffee convinces us so much in its diversity that we want to serve it pure.
GLXY is designed to be a coffee for any time of day and any preparation method. Easygoing, yet naturally sweet and not bitter. A coffee that works well as a filter for breakfast or as an espresso in a cappuccino. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned specialty coffee drinker; it doesn't matter. This coffee is for everyone. At least that's what we think ;)
