In Brewclass, all fundamental skills related to filter coffee at home are taught. The course includes:

1) Coffee Theory: Cultivation, Origin, Processing, Sensory Evaluation
2) Brewing Technique Hario V60 Pour Over
3) Brewing Technique Aeropress
4) Sensory Classification of Extraction

In a small group, intensive work is done on the techniques of each individual. The goal is for every participant to be able to apply what they have learned at home by the end of the day!
