We are very pleased with the insights into our work and approach. The documentary shows beautiful shots and looks behind the scenes of Kaffeekommune. Paul describes what led him to coffee making and what it takes to be a good host and to get the perfect espresso shot, all with the latest technology. Step by step, you can see which parameters should be considered for a really good espresso. And last but not least, how to pour latte art. Behind Paul is also his team, who work together in the café and roastery of Kaffeekommune and help shape the cupping. The documentary also provides a nice overview of our cupping, i.e. the sensory tasting and classification of our own coffees.
