    All our coffees meet the Specialty Coffee standard and are roasted to emphasize their natural aroma. Through our roasting approach, we strive to highlight the work of the coffee farmers and take a back seat ourselves. As a result, our coffees are naturally not bitter or roasty but mild, naturally sweet, and diverse. We call this roasting style Omniroast.
