Paul describes the flavor profile and the special characteristics of each bean, for example, in its preparation. This gives you a recommendation, similar to getting advice from the barista in the Kaffeekommune café.

In addition, we are now presenting our coffees differently with new product images. These product images were created as follows: The flavor profiles of the individual coffees were described by the KK team in sensory cupping and entered into an AI tool, which then visualized our personal descriptions. Based on our human classification, the AI generates images with complex representations of the aromas and nuances of the coffee. And it's amazingly accurate! Our Ibisi is depicted pictorially by a colorful mix of peaches, cinnamon sticks, berries, and chamomile blossoms. And it simply looks beautiful; you immediately want to try this drink that is supposed to taste like that.
