The Comandante® C60 Baracuda® is a rugged and powerful heavy-duty manual coffee grinder.
The power of the largest and most advanced burr set manufactured by Comandante, combined with a unibody construction milled and crafted from a single steel block, ensures absolute stability and maximum drivetrain efficiency. This steel construction, produced using methods typically reserved for high-performance engine parts, results in a distinctive and clean design that perfectly supports its function.
The optimized burr geometry of the Baracuda® achieves 2-3 times higher bean throughput while maintaining a smooth grinding experience, providing pleasant crank torque and a first-class grind to cover the full range of brewing methods, from coarse settings for filter coffee to super-fine settings for espresso and Cezve/Ibrik.
