New and as the successor to the popular Las Cascadas, the Buesaquillo is a very beautiful coffee that wonderfully reflects the Colombian terroir. It comes with a fruity stone fruit note and high sweetness. The finish is accompanied by a very delicate acidity. It shines both as a filter and as a modern espresso. With Cesar Buesaquillo and his farm "La Esmeralda", we have found a farmer with whom we aim for a long-term partnership. So, ideally, this coffee will always be a standard alongside GLXY and ODYSSEE. In November '24, we visited the farm!
